Dr. Angela Goodloe

About Dr. Goodloe

Dr. Angela Goodloe has inspired and prepared new teachers and principals to become change agents for inclusion and equity in schools, government agencies, and corporate entities for over 20 years. She served in leadership roles across the United States of America and internationally to increase student performance outcomes in private and public schools. In higher education, she taught courses in the field of educational leadership. Her history in education demonstrates increased student performance and a commitment to educational equity and social justice.

Dr. Goodloe continues the quest to improve student achievement through research and service on national boards. She is the currently the President of the National Board of Directors for Kappa Delta Pi, an educational honor society with over 50,000 members. She authored/co-authored articles in peer-reviewed journals on the recruitment and retention of marginalized groups into education, research on integrating technologies with culturally relevant pedagogy. Preparing new leaders who advocate for their students motivates Dr. Goodloe. Her research continues to broaden the scope of knowledge on cultural competency, leadership, and equity.

Dr. Goodloe earned a doctorate in Education Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and holds professional licenses in education with other certificates earned to promote diversity and inclusion. She uses her credentials and skills to promote student success.
