As a Personal Growth Strategist and Connection Coach, she emphasizes the revolutionary power of knowing our identity and boldly expressing it through an authentic life. “Identity and authenticity have a profound impact on how we show up in the world and relate to others.” Ikeya believes we live most victoriously when we are connected in three essential ways: to ourselves, to God, and to others. Ikeya believes that all success begins with mindset. Romans 12:2 states: “...be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” This is the blueprint for transformation- a renewed mind. As a coach, that is her goal, to help you align your mindset with the greatness that God has already placed in you. With a degree in Human Resources, People First certified, and a gift to inspire and build others, Ikeya is on a mission to help as many people as she can on her path.

Ikeya brings a vibrant and diverse portfolio of experience to her coaching, having worked with a broad spectrum of clients, including corporate executives, educators, medical practitioners, professional athletes, politicians, community activists, artists, entrepreneurs, faith leaders, first responders, and youth.
