Jeremy Coleman Ed.D, is the founder of Century Solutions, a company that helps organizations fuel growth through quality connections. Dr. Coleman began his career of service as a correctional officer and since then has taught and led in public schools for nearly 20 years. Dr. Coleman consults nationally for schools, companies and organizations on a range of topics including: Relational Equity ™ , building quality teams, school climate and classroom culture, parent and community engagement, and school leadership.Dr. Coleman is an assistant professor (clinical)in the Education Leadership department at Ball State University. He currently serves as the board liaison to new teachers for Kappa Delta Pi, a national honor society. Dr. Coleman earned his Ed.D in Building Administration from Ball State University.
