About Dr. Lundy
Dr. Rae Lundy is a licensed clinical psychologist and the Director of Counseling Services at Georgia State University. Known for her commitment to advancing mental health equity in communities of color, Dr. Lundy brings over 15 years of experience to her work. She is the founder of The Self-Care Doc, LLC, a mental health consulting firm dedicated to promoting holistic wellness and empowering individuals to prioritize self-care.
A passionate speaker and advocate, Dr. Lundy serves as the board chair for StandUp SpeakOut, a national nonprofit supporting victims of sexual assault and domestic violence. She was recently appointed to the United Negro College Fund’s Mental Health Advisory Council, where she advocates for access to culturally responsive mental health care. Driven by the belief that emotional well-being should be accessible to all, Dr. Lundy works tirelessly to create pathways for healing and resilience.
